Pregnancy, maternity and the pandemic: your rights explained

Since March 2020, trade unions have reported many workplace issues for pregnant women and women on maternity leave. These have included being incorrectly put on statutory sick pay, being forced to work in unsafe workplaces and being denied covid specific risk assessments.
In this webinar, guests from the Equality Commission, the Labour Relations Agency and the Health and Safety Executive will explore these issues from an equality, employment and health and safety law perspective. Time allowing, there will also be an opportunity for Q and A.
