North Section Secretary David Simpson and West Section Secretary Mark Feehily recently attended the Wellbeing & Health Forum at CWU Head Office where BT made a presentation to Union Reps followed by a robust Q&A session.
Some disturbing examples of how vulnerable members with mental health problems are continuing to be failed by unsympathetic managers and inflexible processes in BT and Openreach were highlighted by CWU reps during the Forum.
