The CWU National Team have regular bonus reviews with the company to seek improvements and monitor achievability.
Following member’s feedback BT have agreed that in February they will remove the value per call gateway, on a trial basis. As a result, all members will enter the value gateway each month and receive commission for the value they generate.
This is great news for members who don’t typically make it through the gateway as it opens up a whole new opportunity for them to earn commission.
The trial will cost around £1.3m per year, roughly 10% of the annual commission budget. BT will therefore be monitoring the results closely.
There will be no change for higher performing members who are already making it through the gateway.
