Dear Colleague Ballot Result - Capita BBC Audience Services Pay Agreement 2025

Further to Bulletin 77/2025 outlining details of the 2025 pay offer for Capita BBC Audience Services members, an electronic ballot has been conducted which has now closed and the results are as follows:

Accept: 100%

Reject: 0%

Therefore, the offer has been accepted and the Company has been notified of the result. It is anticipated that the increase will be applied in June’s salary and backdated to 1 April 2025. The offer is as follows: 5% increase for all employees x1 day annual leave for 2025 which must be taken before December 2025. I would like to thank all members who participated in the ballot.
