Dear Member
Negotiations have commenced with VMO2 to discuss this year’s pay award for our members.
Whilst pay negotiations are going to be difficult this year against rising inflation rates and the prevailing ‘cost of living crisis’, the CWU negotiating team are committed to seek a pay rise that protects the value of pay against the rising cost of living and provides certainty of income.
The CWU negotiating team will keep branches and members informed as negotiations progress and ask that members contact branches with any queries they may have.
Please note, VMO2 have already agreed an increase for Stores members from 1 January 2022 with resultant changes to their pay plan. As previously communicated, there will be no further increase for this group of workers from the 2022 pay review.
