Continuing with the CWU’s Count Me In Campaign, we are rolling out our next workshop “Resisting Anti-Union Tactics”. This workshop is about identifying and tackling anti-union behaviour from the Company and pointing it out to members/colleagues in the workplace.
BT Group have already demonstrated anti-union behaviour, which is likely to increase as we move forward with the Ballot, so we need to ensure we are prepared in securing a high YES vote in the Ballot.
The workshop will run for 2 hours 15 mins. By attending this workshop you will be able to:
- Identify anti-union behaviour and employer’s tactics
- Understand how employers attempt to undermine the union’s message
- How we can prepare members for employer tactics
- Develop a plan to resist the employer’s message
