Committee members were out visiting members in BT, Openreach, CBRE, ISS as well as agency staff in Riverside Tower in Belfast on Tuesday 14 March.

Throughout the day lots of new members were signed up and numerous issues from workload, grading and pay were brought up and are being looked into.

Riverside Tower is to be a key hub of the company's Better Workplace programme and the CWU NITB’s East Section intend to make sure the union is front and centre.
