The CWU has had several meetings with BT to discuss your pay review which is due on 1st April 2022. BT has stated their intention to honour the commitment given last year to a consolidated pay rise in 2022. We are keenly aware of the impact the current cost of living crisis is having on you and your families, and that you deserve to be rewarded for the hard work and contribution you have made to BT’s profits.
We have further meetings planned, and will keep you appraised of progress as and when this is possible. In the meantime you can play your part in these negotiations – make sure you are talking to your colleagues, share your views with your local CWU branch and workplace representatives and most importantly of all, make sure you are sharing your views with your managers and via BT’s own feedback channels; BT need to hear your voices too. A united front is vitally important in convincing BT that we are determined you are justly rewarded for your part in the company’s success.
